How do we offer such great value?

We sell direct to you, cutting out the middleman and retailer costs (things like overheads and rentals). These savings are passed on to you. All products are priced, so you can verify your savings.

How do we offer better fashion and choice?

As we buy direct, we have access to more product. We put a lot of effort into understanding your taste and preferences through our Get Set Style Survey. We then source for you and do it accurately and fashionably, unlike normal retailers who must base their buy on the mass market and “what has always sold”.

How does it work?

Step 1 Complete our Get Set Style Survey and build your very own style profile.

Step 2 Tell us how often you want your box:

  • Once-off delivery – R500 per box. Get at least 50% off the retail price. Delivery fee R100 *.
  • Join as a member – R500 per box. Get at least 50% off the retail price, free delivery * and exclusive membership offers. No commitments and one click to cancel. Choose to receive a box:
    • Every month – R500/box (R500/month). Monthly members also get a surprise gift free with every box.
    • Every quarter – R500/box (averages out to R167/month)
  • Each box contains product worth R1000 or more. All products are priced, so you can verify your savings.

Step 3 Our stylists hand-select a personalised box just for you, from our wide range of the latest fashion. We ship. You get the look that others still need to get.

Payment methods

Recurring monthly and quarterly memberships – Debit or Credit Card only.

Once-off boxes, Gift cards and Prepaid Monthly or Quarterly memberships – Debit or Credit Card, EFT, Mobicred or Payflex.

Card payments are processed by Peach Payments and certified according to the highest industry standards (PCI Level 1).

What's in the box?

Fashion accessories tailored to your style profile worth at least R1000 at retail. All products are priced, so you can verify your savings.

How many pieces are in the box?

This depends on your style profile and which product types and trends you’re into. An intricate diamanté necklace is worth more than a pair of hoop earrings. We’ll give you a sensible combination of the product types (earrings, necklaces etc.) you want. On average, it’s 5-10 pieces per box plus a freebie or two (which we do love to put in to surprise and delight you with).

How do I cancel or freeze my membership?

With one click before payment date. It's literally that easy.
To cancel or freeze your membership: Ensure you are logged in. Go to My Account > Subscriptions. View the subscription and, under actions, click Cancel.

How do I reactivate my membership?

To reactivate your membership: Ensure you are logged in. Go to My Account > Subscriptions. View the subscription and, under actions, click Reactivate.

When will members be billed?

First payment – Deducted immediately.

Thereafter – members are billed on the 1st day of the month or quarter.

Monthly members are only billed for their second box in month three. (eg. Sign up on 25th Feb: Payments are 25th Feb and then 1st Apr, then 1st May etc.).

Quarterly members are billed R500 once per quarter and not monthly in advance. (eg. Sign up 15th Jan: Payments are 15th Jan and then 1st Apr, then 1st Jul etc.).

Prepaid memberships (for customers who don’t like recurring or card payments or want to pay by EFT or on credit) are billed in full on checkout.

When will I receive my box?

Your first box and once-off boxes ship within 10 days, and will be received 12-14 days after your order was placed. 

Thereafter, boxes ship by the 15th of the month and will be received by the 20th. 

Can I change my style profile?

Yes, at any time. To get new trends and product types in your next box, change your style profile before your next payment date.

What if my jewellery arrives damaged?

Send us a picture us as soon as your box arrives. Boxes will be securely packaged, so damages should be rare. All boxes are photographed before shipping. We stand by our packaging and will replace damaged products.

Can I return my box if I don’t like it?

You can return the complete box within 7 days of receiving it. Products must remain unopened for hygiene purposes. We reserve the right to levy a handling charge to bring the products back to us.

Can I return some of the items in my box and keep the ones I like?

Yes. You can return some items and keep the ones you like at retail price + R100 delivery charge. You can return the items you don’t want within 7 days of receiving your box. Returned products must remain unopened for hygiene purposes.

Can I buy this as a gift?

Yes. Gift cards can only be redeemed for Get Once Off, Get One Year Quarterly or Get Three Months Monthly. They cannot be redeemed against Get Monthly or Get Quarterly memberships due to restrictions by South African banks. To purchase a gift card, click here.

Where do you ship and what does shipping cost?

If you live in a main centre:

  • MembersFree door-to-door shipping on monthly or quarterly boxes and on product purchases over R500. Product purchases below R500 ship free with your next box if you are willing to wait. If not, a delivery fee of R100 will be charged.
  • Non-members – Door-to-door shipping, delivery fee R100.

If you live outside a main centre:

  • There may be a small shipping cost surcharge and we may have to ship to a collection point nearby (e.g. Pargo). This will be calculated at checkout.

What is your refund policy for returned boxes?

Once we receive the box and confirm all products are unopened, we’ll refund you within 7 working days. We will try to refund the account you paid with. Banks do not allow refunds on some card types, in which case we will request proof of bank details for an EFT refund.

Can I return faulty goods?

Provided our products are used as intended, we expect them to exceed your quality expectations. Returns or exchanges on faulty items will be accepted within a reasonable time period, provided they have been used as intended and cared for as per instructions. If an item is faulty, please notify us immediately. We may inspect it by picture or bring it back to our warehouse. If the item is found to be defective, we will issue you with a refund, replacement or equivalent product.
