How do we offer such great value?

We sell directly to you, cutting out middleman and retailer costs (like overheads and rental). These savings are passed on to you. All products are priced, so you can verify your savings. The value is for real.

How do we offer better fashion and choice?

We buy direct, so we access the absolute latest fashion at source. Your Get Set Style Survey tells us what products you want and about your unique style, so we can buy accurately for you. Normal retailers work differently – they must buy for the mass market and “what has always sold”.

How does it work?

Step 1 Choose your package:

  • Once-off – R500 per box. 50% or more off the retail price. Delivery R100 *.
  • Join as a Monthly or Quarterly Member – R500 per box. 50% or more off the retail price. Free delivery *. Exclusives. No commitment and one click to cancel. Monthly members also get a free gift with every box.
  • Every box contains fashion accessories worth at least R1000 at retail.

Step 2 Complete our Get Set Style Survey. This is where the magic starts – where you tell us what products you want and where you build your personal style profile.

Step 3 Our stylists hand-select a personalised box just for you, from our wide range of the latest fashion. We ship. You get the look that others still need to get!

Payment methods

Recurring Monthly and Quarterly Memberships – debit or credit card only.

Once-off boxes, Gift Cards and Prepaid Memberships – debit or credit card, EFT, Instant EFT, Mobicred or Payflex.

Security – card payments are processed by Peach Payments and instant EFT payments are processed by Ozow. All payments are secured according to the highest industry standards (PCI Level 1).

What's in the box?

Fashion accessories tailored to your style profile worth at least R1000 at retail. It's mainly fashion jewellery, and we add scarves or sunglasses if you request this on your Get Set Style Survey.

How many pieces are in the box?

This depends on which product types and trends you request. A diamanté necklace is worth more than a pair of simple hoop earrings. On average, it’s 5-10 items per box plus a freebie or two (which we love to delight you with).

How do I cancel or freeze my membership?

With one click before payment date. It's literally that easy. To cancel or freeze your membership: Ensure you are logged in. Go to My Account > Subscriptions. View the subscription and, under actions, click Cancel.

How do I reactivate my membership?

To reactivate your membership: Ensure you are logged in. Go to My Account > Subscriptions. View the subscription and, under actions, click Reactivate.

When will members be billed?

First payment – Deducted immediately.

Thereafter – members are billed on the 1st day of the month or quarter.

Monthly members – your 2nd box billed is in month 3 (eg. Sign up on 25th Feb: Payments are 25th Feb and then 1st Apr, then 1st May etc.).

Quarterly members – R500 once per quarter and not monthly in advance. (eg. Sign up 15th Jan: Payments are 15th Jan and then 1st Apr, then 1st Jul etc.).

Prepaid memberships – billed in full on checkout.

When will I receive my box?

Your first box and once-off boxes ship within 10 days, and will be received 12-14 days after your order was placed. Thereafter, boxes ship by the 15th of the month and will be received by the 20th. 

Can I change my style profile?

Yes, any time. To get new trends and to add or remove product types for your next box, change your style profile before your next payment date. We send you a reminder email a few days before.

What if my jewellery arrives damaged?

Send us a picture us as soon as your box arrives. Boxes will be securely packaged, so damages should be very rare. All boxes are photographed before shipping. We stand by our packaging and will replace damaged products.

Can I return my box if I don’t like it?

You can return the complete box within 7 days of receiving it. Products must remain unopened for hygiene purposes. We reserve the right to levy a handling charge to bring the products back to our warehouse. 

Can I return some of the items in my box and keep the ones I like?

Yes. You can return some items and keep only the ones you like at retail price + R100 delivery charge. Please return the items you don’t want within 7 days of receiving your box. Returned products must remain unopened for hygiene purposes.

Can I buy this as a gift?

Yes. At this stage though, gift cards can only be redeemed for once-off boxes (due to restrictions by South African banks). To purchase a gift card, click here.

Where do you ship and what does shipping cost?

  • Monthly or Quarterly members – free door-to-door shipping.
  • Once-off boxes – R100 delivery fee, door-to-door shipping.
  • If you request delivery to an address not served by our regular couriers (unlikley – eg. a rural farm), we will contact you to arrange an alternative address or delivery method. Please contact us if you are unsure whether your address is covered. 

What is your refund policy for returned boxes?

Once we receive the box and confirm all products are unopened, we’ll refund you within 7 working days. 

Can I return faulty goods?

Provided our products are used as intended, we expect them to exceed your quality expectations. Returns or exchanges on faulty items will be accepted within a reasonable time period, provided they have been used as intended and cared for as per instructions. If an item is faulty, please notify us immediately. We may inspect it by picture or bring it back to our warehouse. If the item is found to be defective, we will issue you with a refund, replacement or equivalent product.
